SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY
We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We will aim to deliver within the quoted time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to advise you that the delivery date will have to be extended.
Most orders take from 2 - 3 business days to process, Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.
Here at Green Cosmetics, our delivery services charges in the United Arab Emirates are 10 dirhams on each order, we also offer Free Delivery on all orders above 150 AED. We are committed to providing you with the best customer service and delivery of your order to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition.
Orders delivered between 10 am-10 pm every day
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We’re sure you will like your product, but if not, you can return it by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or send us by WhatsApp to +971556612859, and we will arrange the item collection within 2-3 days. The return can only be made within 3 days from the date of delivery, please return them with proof of purchase. If the returns criteria are not met fully (the product's Casing is not damaged), we may refuse the return. Please note: All products bundles + gift sets that were included with an offer or promotion must be returned as the full set (including all packaging pieces, box & gift bag) to be accepted for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable) If you are approved, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed as soon as possible, but it depends on the issuing bank of the credit card, (delivery charges will not be included in the refund), 10 AED fee will be deducted per order.
